Teacher: Carolen Barrett
Graduate of Tante Maries cooking school in San Francisco. A world traveler and professional chef for almost 30 years. She is married and a mother of two high school aged children. Carolen has been a resident of Mendocino for twenty-two years.Her childhood in Mexico City informed her love of fresh foods and cooking.

Culinary I class is an introduction into the basic techniques and tools in cooking.
